Hello, is this clicking sound normal or not ?

I am not a mechanical expert and the transmission is almost brand new.

It is a Shimano Ultegra R8100 and I am on the biggest chainring on the front.

This clicking noise tends to appear once on the 4-5 smallest cogs.

B screw or indexing issue ?
