I rarely draw but this sub inspired me to share what I just made (wip)
This is probably my 7th time drawing since I graduated high school way back in 2012. So please don't judge me too hard on how off some things are like the nose/ shading and it not looking very good. I will fix it after I sleep i spent many hours on this and this was attempt 2 lmao 😅 this is just good ol' charcoal and eraser pencil. But I am really proud of this, it is probably the best thing I ever drawn I'm ngl. And I'm excited to continue with finishing touches later but too excited I had to share now. I'm debating on making the eyes look more closed or making them open like my reference photo i took of a statue.
If it wasn't for this sub I would have never felt the desire to create something again. Seeing people pick up a pencil/stylus just to spite AI is incredibly inspiring.
So in a world where Authenticity is replaced with algorithms, this is a very special place. Thank you all, truly 🖤
