Temporary export but instead I got refund
I sent a package from the EU to Hong Kong via FedEx. The package was sent as a temporary export, but the phone won't be returned to the EU after being sent back. The store has refunded money. Do I need to change the status from temporary export to permanent and inform FedEx?
