Safe areas to buy a house in Windsor Essex under $430K

I am looking to purchase a house in Windsor Essex area that fit around by $430K under budget but not sure what area is safe. I have a car so getting around is not an issue but don’t want to land in a bad area or weird neighbours. Thank you again.

Micro Wedding Venues Canada

For a micro wedding of 20 people, what are some fairly priced wedding venues with preferably a mountain and lake/ocean view. European vibe is what I’m looking for.

I’m not picky with the location per say if it meets the views, trying to keep it under $15K.

So far, I’ve been looking at NS, PEI, some parts of ON, BC, Alberta.

Any suggestions/info 2025/26 brides can share on micro weddings?

Thank you!!!

My 5-year-old Old English Sheepdog has barely had any issues with his anal glands for over a year, ever since he was neutered. It initially started with infections, then improved to needing monthly expressions.

Recently, during his vet technician visits, they’ve mentioned that one side has become harder to express because the fluid is very thick, which I have heard before. At the end of the last appointment, the vet had to step in to fully express it. The previous visit also showed a bit of pink fluid, which eventually led to an infection. This time, they asked me to come back again in a month.

I’m wondering if this could be due to inconsistent expression technique/skill, or if other OES owners have experienced similar issues?

He’s currently on Glandex and gets 1 tsp of pumpkin daily. This most recent visit was almost 7 weeks after his last expression which is a good sign but I can’t figure out what causes the fluid to be thicker on one side and the vet can’t give me an answer for it either…

Does anyone have advice on how to better manage this or help prevent future issues for my baby?
