Evo 12 Magic Smoke After One Week.
Returned my Moza Setup per the advice of Reddit and bought the complete Simagic system. Evo 12nm, 330T, DS8X, TB1, P1000 + HPR. Sat down to run a session. Got a notification for software so I install it. Hit the power button as usual. Nothing happened. Short press, long press it wouldn't wake up. Unplugged it for about 10min. Plugged it back in and instant black smoke out of the wheelbase.
Unplugged everything. Plugged only the wheelbase in and noticed one of the phases of the motor is smoked. Plugged in each device on by one. Shifter is fine. Pedals would not register. Plugged in the HB and the base buzzes like crazy. Unplugged everything again...
Plugged the pedals and HB into a USB hub, nothing. Left everything unplugged for 30 min and plugged back in the USB hub and it finally registers.
My entire system is on a Ecoflow backup so I know it wasn't a surge. Ive only had this stuff a week. I know the base is smoked and I am concerned by the other devices based on their erratic behavior. What should I do?
