UConnect/Carplay 2026 AWD Limited - Issues

Has anyone else had ongoing issues with Uconnect/CarPlay in their Chrysler Pacifica?

We’ve had our Pacifica since August 2025 and have been dealing with intermittent infotainment issues pretty much the entire time. My wife and I both use iPhones, and we’ve experienced problems with CarPlay whether we’re connected wirelessly or via USB.

One of the most frustrating issues is that sometimes we can’t get CarPlay to connect at all. There are times when our phones won’t connect wirelessly, and other times a wired connection doesn’t work either. We’ve tried reconnecting the phones, restarting the infotainment system, and using different cables, but the problem still comes and goes.

The biggest issue is audio playback. When using CarPlay, music, podcasts, audiobooks, etc. will often glitch or pause briefly every 5–10 seconds. Sometimes it’s barely noticeable, other times it’s so frequent that it’s unusable.

The rear entertainment system has also been pretty hit-or-miss. The Disney+ app doesn’t work at all for us (although that may be a Disney+ issue rather than Chrysler’s). Prime Video works more often, but we’ve still had occasions where video or audio cuts out, and sometimes the same audio glitching happens through the vehicle speakers.

At this point it feels like the entire infotainment system is plagued with bugs. It’s frustrating because we otherwise like the van, but the tech experience has been pretty disappointing.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? If so, have you found any fixes? Has Chrysler acknowledged these problems or released any software updates that helped?

Just trying to figure out whether this is a common Pacifica/Uconnect issue or if there’s something specifically wrong with our van.
