Does SHULA'S Steak House live up to the hype and price?

My Mother's 95 birthday is coming up and I want to take her some place with exceptional food, great service and prices that are worth it.

Does Shula's meet this criteria?

Any other recommendations?

Thanx!

EDIT: Thank you everybody for keeping me from making a mistake. Shula's is out!
Embers it is!!! ❤️

BEST CARNE ASADA BURRITO

I was born and raised here in GNV but moved to San Diego after joining the U.S. Marines.

San Diego had the most amazing Carne Asada Burritos. Filled only with marinated meat, cilantro and Pico de gallo and very large. They used 2 12" flour tortillas to wrap it. One was a meal

I've tried several Mexican restaurants around since moving back to GNV but they are all filled with beans and rice. When I ask for no beans and rice I always get this sad limp burrito with little or some weird flavor.

HELP! I AM HAVING WITHDRAWLS!

Thanx!

UPDATE: Thank you for all of the suggestions. Itsounds like I'm just S.O.L. 😢
