Is the work of this wedding photographer AI?

My fiancé and I recently put down a ~$900 deposit with Palmisles Photography (total package ~$1,800). At the time, they seemed credible; strong testimonials, an active Instagram, and consistent examples of their work.

However, I’ve since come across several Reddit posts describing negative experiences, particularly related to inconsistent photographer quality due to how they assign shooters. That’s raised some concerns for us.

But, as I said, they have an active Instagram showing their latest work. Does any of it look like AI? There seems to be some things that stand out, but I’m unsure.

HELP! Potentially got scammed by photographer, need advice!

We’re currently in contact with a representative named Katherine, and I’m considering reaching out to ask for more transparency about how photographers are selected, whether we can review portfolios in advance, or if clients have any input in the assignment.

Has anyone here worked with Palmisles Photography? If so, what was your experience, and were you able to request or vet your photographer beforehand?

Appreciate any insight. We’re just trying to make an informed decision moving forward.
