Buyer Requested Refund - Can I just tell them to jog on?
First time posting, I don't know where to turn!
I've been a buyer on eBay for 10 years, but only recently within the last week or two started selling some old items around the house. (Private seller)
The item is question is a watch, all posted smoothly with eBay simple delivery. Item was delivered today and a few hours late met with a refund request for the watch being too big.
Can I just decline the refund and move on with my life? I know refund scams are ripe, not just on eBay, but in general at the moment?
I really want to avoid being out of pocket and having to handle a return of a relatively expensive (£160) item.
I tried to contact eBay CS, but only met with a bot. I can request a callback, but would like a paper trail with any contact for protection.
