Noob Question: Heavy Flamers on Terminators?

Hey yall! I'm new to the hobby, and I recently bought the starter set. Having a good time painting. I noticed that the Terminator Squad doesn't have the updated data sheet anymore (because the game updates, buffs, and nerfs characters) on the starter set. One of the options I see is for a heavy Flamer. How do I equip my Terminators with heavy flamers? Isn't it better for a Salamander Army if I give them all a heavy flamer?

Also, do I need to buy the pieces separately to equip a heavy flamer or do I just build what they have and just SAY they have a heavy flamer?

Some people asked me for an update on my new journey. Here is my painting progress on my first model. It’s amateur for sure, but for it being my first time I’m kinda proud of myself. Of course I want to improve, so any advice will help.

This model isn’t done yet, still needs some finishing touches and the salamander shoulder markings.
