The depression, anxiety and loss of self is crushing at times.
I’m on HRT, .075 patch, 200mg progesterone… but today the depression is overwhelming, feels like I’m not in my own body, I don’t know who I am and I genuinely don’t know what or how to want anything anymore. This time of life is so weird. Everything is different, it feels final, I’m trying to figure out who I am now. Feel so sad today.
