Gaming/Programming PC - 2500€ Budget - Italy
Hi everyone, something like 10 years ago I came here to ask for a build, and you delivered.
Since I haven't really kept up with the build, it has become quite old, so I think it's time to retire the old build and get something new.
- New build or upgrade? New build.
- Existing parts/monitors to reuse? I don't really think there's something useful, but this is my old build.
- PC purpose? Mainly gaming, but it will be running linux, and since I will be installing Hyprland on it, I would love to stay clear of any NVIDIA GPU. I don't play too many AAA games, but I would like being able to play with not too much strain E33, FFXVI, and Satisfactory. I also program in my spare time, so I would like for it to have at least 16GB ram, to let docker do it's thing.
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center? I will be buying from italy.
- Monitors needed? Just one will be fine, my current one is mounted on this arm, if we could keep the setup it would be appreciated, but is not mandatory.
- Budget range? I'd say around 2k€ would be reasonable, 2.5k€ as a hard cap. The monitor has it's own budget of 500-750€.
- WiFi or wired connection? Both would be great, with a focus on a great wifi. I don't plan on playing online.
- Size/noise constraints? A bigger case would be appreciated for my bigger hands, other than that no size constraints. As for the noise, obviously quieter would be better, but a bit of fan noise doesn't bother me.
- Color/lighting preferences? Function over form. I don't like fishtanks, I don't want rgb lights. If there's a good deal for one of those, then fine, but I won't complain if you give me a good old black box.
- Any other specific needs? Not that come to mind.
Thank you in advance for anyone helping me!
