Was really amazing to witness 😊
Hi all, I'm new to raising quail, and doing my research right now. I plan to build a stacked cage system in my backyard. I don't have much space, so a stacked system would be best. Has anyone been successful building a stacked cage system using the deep litter method? I want to keep around 10-15 birds for eggs.
I'm thinking of a two stacked cage, 2ft x 4ft. Would a 2ft high cage be a good height for deep litter? I've read plywood for the flooring is fine? But should I try to waterproof it? Any insight would be really helpful!
