Tips and your thoughts towards video introduction recordings??
Anyone have experience with this process? Been applying for months now and i noticed that some of the companies wants a video recording to introduce yourself especially Emapata and Boomering... I already did it in Emapta kinda useless actually, they needed these videos daw to add into their "Employee market place" where clients can browse it along side your name etc... and it will stay there for 3 months till a 1 year...
Is it really necessary? May mga remote jobs out there ba na hindi need ng video introductions? Andami kasing stories na minsan pinag tatawanan ng employers yung video. Anong klaseng privacy yan...
I don't want to lose hope of finding a job because of these introductory videos, can you guys discuss your experiences and if naka pasa kayo with it or auto pass na if meron?
I'm just not comfortable providing my full face to anyone to see especially for work.
