Someone sick on plane. TW.

So, about a week ago I was on the plane travelling back home to the UK from a Greek island, holiday was lovely. But, just as we were getting ready to land someone about two rows behind me and my cousin was sick. I didn’t see it (thankfully) but I heard it and I felt panicked, I quickly put my headphones on to try and block it out. Luckily, the flight crew were quick to help the passenger and cleaned it up quick so there was liminal smell. But, does anyone else have a hard time blocking experiences like that out of their head after it happens? I have a bad habit of replaying things like that in my mind. Afterwards, I started getting irrational thoughts, thinking what if that passenger got a sickness bug and I might get it? But, I had to keep reminding myself that they very likely got motion sickness.

So, a few weeks ago I was on amoxicillin for five days because I had a chest infection. Soon after finishing the antibiotics I began feeling nausea, loss of appetite. I still sometimes feel nauseous, it has put me off my food quite a bit. I know that antibiotics can throw the gut off balance for a while. But, should I be worried? Is this normal? I have emetophobia so feeling nauseous can make me feel really anxious. Should I speak to my doctor that the nausea is still a problem?
