Back in around 2017-19, in school me and my and my friends played a browser sidescroller game where you were a ninja and at your final kill of a wave of enemies time would slow for a second when you killed them. There were levels and when you beat the levels you could upgrade your weapons and buy new abilities and weapons. There wasn't any parkour and the animation was really good and had motion blur on the attacks. It was black and white as well.
