Am i doing something wrong?

There have been 3-4 occasions where while charging with my home 11kW charger, the charging starts but turns off after couple of minutes. There were no power outages or fluctuations as well. Also the nfc tag sometimes charges immediately, sometimes I’m scanning it for over a minute still doesn’t charge?!

Any tips or thoughts on this?!
