Iam 39, with phimosis grade 1-2, I can retract foreskin when semi erect and flacid fully without pain but when erect I can only pull back to 1/4 of the glans.

Iam both embarrassed and scared of surgery, Iam myself working in healthcare but still want to see what non surgical options are there.

Surgeons always want to sell surgery as a quick fix. No doubt it works probably for severe cases, but mine is quite mild.

Also is there any co relation to size. I mean Iam 4.80 inches erect. Many mild phimosis guys can they share their experiences.
