Any tips for improvement?

Hey hey all! So as the title states, I'm looking for any improvement tips on mini painting. I've not really been painting for long. Started only maybe a year or 2 ago on and off with other mini war games. Just fairly recently got into AoS and 40k as well. I'm also aware gluing to the base before basing was probably not the greatest idea in hindsight but live and learn I guess. But enclosed are a few of my somewhat recent finished works. How would you all go about making them better?

Painting question. Any tips appreciated.

Question to all my fellow rat enthusiasts out there. How does everyone seem to get that really nice bright vibrant warpstone green I've been seeing here lately? Every time I try to get that it tends to be way more on the dull side even on a lighter color primer. I'm using citadel warpstone green but it seems to be more of a wash then anything. Very thin compared to my other citadel brand stuff. And it tends to fade orpool and dry weird. Is it the type of paint im using? Is there some trick that im missing?

I'm so glad I got 1!

After calling nearly every store in my area, and being told they sold out. I finally found 1! Time to make some ninja rats for my 2000 point army!
