There is probaly anwser in the lore but ı wonder? Was he warp being that born from all the actions of skaven like how slannesh born from eldars murder orgys or was he a normal skaven that some how ascend to become a god like emporer from 40k (ı know that we dont is emporer is a god or not but you get what ı meant)

Hi-welcome to the fellow citizens of the Under-Empire! I'm trying to build a Skryre list with at least some punch to it, and I love Stormvermin aesthetics, as well as Krittok(since he's basically a fat Queek Headtaker whose model I fully intend to use for proxying him). But right now, I feel like overdoing on infantry buffs, though having Krittok and Plaguepack feels justified considering I also crammed 40 Clanrats into the list. Does it look at least somewhat competent?
