Picked up some Skaven to practice on before I have even built anything. Painted around 10 so far. Only been painting for 2 weeks, would appreciate any feedback. Been just playing with colors to see what colors I like the most when I crack open my first box.

Been inspired to paint some Skaven since Thanquol's DLC came out, I don't have a Thanquol model yet so this is the next best thing. For the Great Horned Rat!

As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm trying to paint one Skaven a day during October. Here are three more. Any tips?

For being the elite of the skaven, being sneezed on and dying with that armor is...not elite like

I don't know how long this took, there was a two week work trip in the middle, but probably longer than I've ever spent on a mini.

Local GW store had the range to try and the free mini was a Skaven. They didn’t have many colours sadly.

The Tone Pro was easier to paint quickly with whilst getting good coverage still. Mixing colours was a bit harder.

I recently saw my flgs selling the skryre warpswarm christmas box from last year for 200€ (eurodoos) and i was wondering, is it a good deal? I really want another set of ratling guns and stormvermin :0

Low effort but I thought it was funny

Seeing someone’s Deathmaster is a very common sight so I set out to make mine a little more unique. The head is a spare from the Warpspark gunner, while the war pick is from the Stormvermin set. The model was reposed on a space piece from the Cities of Sigmar Greatcannon gun shield. The model was then painted mostly using Vallejo model colour and some contrast paints from Army Painter.
