I just got back into painting after 7 or 8 months and I would like some advices.

Hey, Im kinda new with creating decks as I only made 2, a Sorin of House Markov and a Rin and Seri and I would like some cards for the deck, Im thinking of building a deck around making everyone discard as much as possible then offering them to draw as they wont have many cards in hand or even zero in the best case. So im asking for cards that make my opponents discard, and the ones that makes every opponents discard would be the cherry on top ! Any help is appreciated ^^
