So I am looking for financial institution which can provide me real time data every month in the most transparent way possible. Ex: I plan to pay extra towards principal every month (or as much as possible), so need to first ensure it’s easy to pay extra towards the principal (without talking to anyone over a call), shows how much principal is remaining, how it impacted my next monthly payment (assuming some extra $ will go towards the principal instead of interest) and how much of making extra payment reduced the loan amount! Any recommendations for this?
