What’s something other AuDHD people struggle with that you’re grateful you don’t?
I don’t struggle to brush my teeth. It doesn’t take a lot of effort or executive functioning for me. I can do it even when I’m severely depressed or super burnt out.
I really dislike the dentist because of the sensory issues with it (luckily my dentist is incredible and they put on my music when I walk in and give me a weighted vest and a stress ball and don’t make me do fluoride) so I’m super glad that I can brush my teeth regularly and don’t have to deal with a lot of dental care (also because it’s hella expensive).
