All I remember from this show is the quote "I'm King, you're not, sitting on the Flowerpot, i'm King, i'm King, you're not anything" (followed by the guy blowing a raspberry and running away).

I also remember a part where another character says to the King "I think Horsey needs a little rest your majesty", before the King replies "No he doesn't, he wants to go faster", and then a line about chopping off its legs and putting new ones on.

I can't remember the namr of the show but I remember those quotes. It was definitely a Medieval-type show anyhow.
