Old enough to survive wild?

I’ve been setting up live traps for a while now to catch and release predators away from my chicken coop. Caught a baby opssom today. Can’t release him back to where his mama might be (Which I might have already taken her because I’ve caught two other possums.) because I don’t want him around and I’ll just catch him again anyway. Is he old enough to survive on his own and better yet, in a whole new environment? I love opssoms, one of my favorites so I don’t want him hurt or killed. Don’t have a rehaber near me. I’ve “vet-ed” a few animals in my time but I nothing like raising up an entire baby opposum. I just can’t. I have to release him into the wild but I want to know either way if he should be. Long post bur in reality it’s actually a quick on. Sorry for mistakes and weird typing. Making it quick because I’m sick and want to go back to sleep 😂. Pics and hand for ref. He’s skinny and tiny in my hand too but couldn’t get pic of that.

Catch of day

Guys, I found this stray puppy outside so I just kinda snatched it. Anyone know what doggy this is? /joke (she was just stuck in the chicken coop and kept hurting herself so I helped out and took pics while I was at it. She’s a beauty!)
