
My lunch for today
Today we have:
Cucumbers with salt and pepper
Black Forest ham and salami (spicy and applewood smoked, hiding under the ham flaps)
Pineapple and cantaloupe
Someone noted in a previous post that I should consider adding more protein. I have no idea if this has more protein than that lunch box because I am too lazy to count macros but I assume the meats are improving my protein stats
