I work 12h shifts, and this week I made these yummy snack boxes to help with my typical junk food cravings around hours 9-10.
My lunch for today
Today we have:
Cucumbers with salt and pepper
Black Forest ham and salami (spicy and applewood smoked, hiding under the ham flaps)
Pineapple and cantaloupe
Someone noted in a previous post that I should consider adding more protein. I have no idea if this has more protein than that lunch box because I am too lazy to count macros but I assume the meats are improving my protein stats
>500 cal vegan personal pizzas
I’ve been experimenting with vegan cheeses using cashew based, cauliflower, tofu riccotta and my favorite is silken tofu mozzarella that melts using carageenan. I use sauces from primal kitchen as well as plain tomato and fresh basil cashew cream sauce. Some other toppings I enjoy are seitan pepperoni, spinach, artichoke and tomato.

Lunch for a NOC worker on a 12 hour shift!
Sweet potato muffins, cheese cubes, apples with PB, Go Gurt and a skinny dipped dark chocolate PB cup
Snacks from this week for myself and Hubby
Ingredients: broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, radish, turkey pepperoni, pepperoncini, pickle, string cheese. For dipping spicy garlic hummus and ranch seasoned Greek yogurt.
Ran 2 miles, eating healthy to replenish
I made the jalpenos with takis and cream cheese. Tangerines And mangoes with a peach for fruit. A salad bought from Ralph’s with guy Ferris bacon ranch. With a canned water and Pom pomegranate lemonade tea.

I literally haven't had anything besides coffee before this,oops! Shrimp,egg salad,cherries and strawberries, 2 Tillamook medium cheddar cheese snacks. On the side we've got a slice of toast for my egg salad,cocktail sauce,smores mix from fanny may 😋 and coffee ofc
Tuesday's spread!
In a clockwork fashion,we've got sliced strawberries,fanny mays- smores mix,autumn crisp grapes, and salami and cream cheese rolls!
Water for hydration and not pictured is my vape for sanity reasons !
