Today's lunch plus my breakfast sammie from this morning! Ham and cream cheese sammich-grillos spicy pickles and Miss Vickie outdid herself with the spicy dill pickle chips!!!

Grillos spicy pickles;sharp cheddar Talbot cheese,garden tomatoes via my yard! Flipside crackers and the popcorn is lesser evil. Salt and pepper bowl for the maters!

Salami rose,brocolli,smoked cheddar and ranch dipping sauce,pickles are my new favorite, and they're the grillos hot pickles! Lays sea salt poppables as my salty treat

Thawed shrimp and imitation crab 🦀 legs!

Red grapes for us both! His sandwich has the mustard line lol and is chicken breast with mustard and cheddar! Plain lays for him,my sammie(minus a piece I couldn't help myself) is black pepper turkey with cheddar and kewpie mayo with salt and pepper! Flaming hot cheetos,sourdough crackers,dark chocolate pretzels!

Same shit mostly,the yogurt is banana strawberry chobani and the crackers are sourdough flatbread with olive oil and sea salt and they're phenomenal!!!

Nut mix is for my yogurt!

I opened today,this was exactly what I needed! Eggs,strawberry chobani,turkey bites,flipside crackers, and an andies mint my wife gave me!

Granola,cranberries,pumkin and sunflower seeds mix for my yogurt and kewpie mayo for my eggs!

Tea sandwich consisting of blackforest ham with whipped cream cheese,salt and pepper. Pickled asparagus,shrimp with cocktail sauce and Lastly is strawberries 🍓 😋

Eggs,carrots,white cheddar and strawberries, and brocolli! Jammy egg pictured as well 😋 had ranch for dipping!

Chicken ceasar salad wrap with the taylor farms ceasar salad with bacon and a spinach sandwich wrap from mission! The chicken itself is from Purdue and air fried! Plus Driscolls organic strawberries! Mini cherry slush alani and plenty of water!

This salmon had a rub on it already at the store

Had just enough time to run to the store and get this rocking and rolling before work this evening!

I got two salmon planks and halved those along with the burssel sprouts,covered it all with olive oil spray and seasoned to mine and the missus liking! Little bit of creole and some buttery garlic and herb seasoning plus salt and pepper! The potatoes are a microwavable mix from Walmart and are so good for a quick potato fix!!! Galic and herb packet that comes with the package mixed w/butter per instruction!

I mixed kalamata olives,mixed variety cherub tomatoes with some feta,chipotle seasoned chicken breast,aged white cheddar and deviled egg potato salad ! Water to chase down my large iced latte

Opening shift lead in the morning and wrestling filmography in the evening means I can't pack back a whole lot but this still kept me very satiated for almost 12 hours!
