Like I have celiacs disease and I’m gonna be totally honest with y’all I ain’t never told anyone this before but sometimes when I wanna put a gun in my mouth or step into traffic or stick my head in the oven I just eat a hot dog with a bun or eat a sandwich. I’ve been gluten-free since I was 12 and I’m a chef it’s genuinely hard to not eat gluten in my line of work I just miss it so much. Does anyone else hurt themselves with gluten? Is this an eating disorder or is it like a diabetic eating sugar? My sister said it was self harm but I feel like that’s extreme. Haven’t had gluten since December tho I’m trying to stop doing it to myself but man is it hard
