I have an iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd generation. It’s been great. I really enjoy it. Recently I dropped it and shattered the glass front. It still works perfectly fine. Would it be worth fixing the broken glass?

2. The massive restrictions on large institutional investors in Title X only apply to the purchase of existing single-family homes.
3. Local Governments Can Sell to Anyone
4. While the intent of the housing bill is for cities to use this undeveloped land to build affordable housing, the federal bill does not legally force the city to do so.
5. If a local city council is strapped for cash, an investor could approach them, buy the vacant lot where people are currently camping for free, and rezone it. Because the federal government does not control local zoning or land sales, the investor could legally clear the land and turn it into a paid private campground, an RV park, or a commercial "build-to-rent" community.
6. So, while the bill isn't designed to create private campgrounds, its combination of exposing public land inventories and leaving raw land exempt from investor bans creates a very real avenue for investors to privatize currently unused, free municipal spaces.
