Here’s the curb rash my new to me 2022 had when I bought it used. Entirely cosmetic so just trying to decide if it’s worth $200 or so to have a shop cnc and repair the cosmetic rash… or try to DIY it?
If so, any recommendations for DIY kits or steps to do so?
I don’t like seeing it, but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t NEED to be fixed.
I’m part time air bid driver in Oregon.
My son was born in early 2024. I took the full 12 weeks I was allowed by the state. I was only paid by the state and never by UPS.
I’ve been with UPS for 7 years next month. I carried two weeks vacation over from the prior year. I go to select my vacation weeks for this year in October 2025, and have 2 carry overs and 3 accrued. My supervisor tells me I have 1.5 carry over weeks instead of the 2 I carried over when I picked in 2024. I schedule my 2 weeks for this year since sup said UPS only does full weeks, but I will only be paid for the week and a half instead of the full 2 weeks because I took bonding leave through paid leave Oregon … Called business agent and they said they’d look into it. Didn’t hear anything back then.
Fast forward to now. I took the 1st vacation week, paid normally, no problems there. Just got the paystub for the second vacation “half week”, only got paid 11.660 hours of vacation pay instead of the regular 22.5.
I’m stumped, I’m planning to call Union rep tomorrow morning and ask again for more information.
What do you all think? Is this correct? I have no idea.
