Why powerlines is such a emotional song?
The currents b-sides are amazing, i prefer taxi's here but lately powerlines has been resonating with me. The bass riff, the synths and the little angelic "aaaah" that kevin does.
On top of all of that, powerlines really makes me emotional, until the point i sob listening to it. Something about the music tells me it would fit at the end of the album as a song about the freedom of accepting things and embracing life as it is.
What its your opinion on it?
