Hey ! New player here, i just picked the Hala Armory deck to start my journey into FaB and i have a question regarding a few interactions of the cards in it.

Cards like "Sharp Incline" or "Edict Of Steel" have an effect that require the weapon to have one or more sharpen token but it doesn't specify if it is prior to the the use of the card or not.

I'm wondering if this is the case or not because bot of thoses cards generate sharpen tokens themselves and satisfy the condition by their own and it seems weird to me.
