Handover: content scheduling

Hello! I need some info from other social media managers, who’ve left past jobs. I’m currently on my last week of working and my boss has requested I schedule content for the next 12 weeks, as a part of my handover process. Initially I planned of 4 weeks to help her out but 12 weeks seems ridiculous. Please advise if this is common practice.

Extra info, I also do all the marketing and comms, not just socials and have to hand over a lot of other work that I want to finish first for my portfoli.

post-show-feelings as an old fan

Hey! I went to the show in Glasgow last week – my first my chem show ever and I've been a fan since before the breakup. Since then I've regained this crazy appreciation for the band and it has made me look back at the time I discovered them when I was a kid etc. I just feel so incredibly emotional about it all and so alive because of it. I'm now an adult and have overcome SO many struggles and have a life that I love and it just feels surreal. (I've been on the verge of crying since last Saturday) and now I see the band is looking happy, healthy, older and it really just makes me appreciate living. It's as decades have passed and here we are, all older, wiser and things have worked out? somehow? idk I'm just in my feelings and just wanted to share them here. I feel like my inner teen is just geeking about about it all again; especially the toads coming home. I played it on my office playlist and just felt so happy. how can this one show make me feel so alive again? and again? it's magic. okay, rant over. enjoy the show tonight with JOAN JETT?????! ugh this is too cool.
