Repeat meals for decision fatigue?

I’m newly postpartum (almost 10 weeks), and I know I should have a bit more patience with my body, but the changes have been difficult and I’m feeling very motivated to get to a more comfortable weight. My main issue is a lack of time (4 year old and baby), decision fatigue, and figuring out exactly how much portions are/tracking them accurately.

Would love to hear about some of your go-to repeat meals that are easy to track and take away some of the mental work because I am functioning on far less brain cells lately 😅 trying to focus on high protein/high fiber. TIA!
