Ok since everybodys been to ped marks . Anybody had rat . I went deep village (chaiyaphum) and got served up aunties best rat roasted recipe. Delicacy for some. It was actually not bad. Meat tastes and has the textures of like young rabbit meat. Kidneys and livers were definitely not strong tasting either. Close to being like chicken giblets.

Any body else get a chance to try marks pad kra pao? Best part for me was the duck eggs tbh .

I got the beef it was fine but have had so many others that did tast beter. But owell can say i have tried it now.
