Let me preface by saying I don't actually need any help, I'm more so just doing this out of curiosity. Anyways, the standard 5* are:

Welt: E4, Clara: E3, Himeko: E1, Yanqing: E0, Gepard: E3, Bailu: E2, and Bronya: E3.

Everything else is full E6 (all 4*s and trailblazer paths).
