Hello,

I want to use my LISA during a remortgage this summer to jointly own the property where me and my partner currently live in, and that it's on his name for the moment. We are remortgaging it this summer, so we thought it is a good idea to do it then. My LISA is with Moneybox and they told me that this is possible, however they can't personally advise on any solicitors who can do it.

I'm struggling to find a solicitor who can do this, and who has already done it. If you've been in the same situation can you give me any recommendations?
