Hello Folks,
I have a problem with a water damaged electric plug.
Which should (in my Opinion) not happen to an outdoor proved device for over 2000€.
Unfortunately the support team is answering every time but can’t see the provided pictures which they request and I send (also BCC to my 2nd Address to see what arrives).
In my opinion they are playing the long game to buy it buy myself. ;-(
What are ur experiences with the support team?
