I’ve gone through a few backpacks over the years and I keep running into the same issues.

They’re either: overbuilt with too many straps and features I never use or too minimal and missing basics like a good laptop sleeve or water bottle pocket. I’ve also looked at some “tactical” backpacks, but they often feel impractical or too much for normal daily use.

Curious what others think? What do you dislike about your backpack, and what would you like it to have?
