Looking for some advice on my current setup. I’m 184lbs, started around 194, training 7 days a week on a PPL split push, pull, legs repeated twice with a seventh day starting the cycle over. Sessions are about an hour and 45 minutes, training 9-10:45pm. On top of that I’m doing 15 minutes of stairmaster daily, 10k steps, and hitting abs every day.
Diet is around 2000 calories, 150-200g protein. Eating mostly ground beef, chicken, rice, greek yogurt, fruit, and apples. I eat in a compressed window starting around 2pm. Pre workout I have greek yogurt with oats and post workout I do a turkey, cheddar and cracker snack board.
Getting 7-10 hours of sleep and drinking lots of water.
Right now I can see my top two abs when I flex and stretch, have visible veins, but still carrying some love handles and softness in the lower belly. I’ve always stored fat there more than anywhere else.
Goal is to be visibly leaner with abs showing by mid to late June. Not looking for a perfect six pack, just want the love handles reduced and lower abs coming through.
Starting retatrutide tomorrow at 2mg. Looking for advice on training, nutrition, or anything else I should adjust to hit my goal in the next 7-8 weeks. I understand the affects of reta so im taking it at night and i will be pushing through all the doubts and pain. To add some extra info my gf just broke up with me and ive been doing these workouts and splits and eating for a week now and i feel amazing. Cutting out processed foods for a while has really made me feel more greatful for what food im able to eat.
