Hi guys (and gals). I’m new to Subarus, coming over from Saabs (since my 9-5 is becoming harder and harder to maintain) and I’ve I got a question. Hopefully you can help (and I’m not breaking any rules with it), because I can’t seem to find the answer with a search.

So, I’m looking at getting a wide body hatchback, but I’ve seen these silver trim pieces (picture is random GR I found online) on a few that I’ve seen online. Not all of them, but enough that I’m wondering if it’s an optional trim level or piece or maybe an aftermarket cosmetic bit? Can they be removed easily, cause I’m not a fan of the look of them?
