I found an old voicemail from myself that hasn't happened yet
Last month I received a voicemail from an unknown number.
The message lasted only twenty seconds.
The voice was mine.
At first I thought someone was playing a prank.
Then I listened carefully.
The caller sounded terrified.
He kept repeating the same sentence:
"Don't open the basement door tomorrow."
The next day I completely forgot about it.
Until the power went out.
When I went downstairs to check the breaker, I saw the basement door standing slightly open.
My blood ran cold.
I suddenly remembered the voicemail.
I shut the door and locked it.
That night I listened to the recording again.
This time I noticed something I had missed before.
At the very end, after my voice stopped speaking, another voice whispered:
"Too late."
The timestamp on the voicemail changed while I was looking at it.
Instead of showing a date from last month...
It showed tomorrow.
