Negotiating a new 2025 Heritage

Negotiating a new 2025 Heritage

Hi all! I’m in the market for a Bronco Heritage. I initially fell in love with robin’s egg blue last year. Obsessed. Sadly, I waited too long and now it’s very hard to find unless I want to pay a premium for a used one in some other state.

A local dealership has this 2025 Heritage in pink, and it’s totally grown on me. I haven’t spoken to them yet, and wanted to ask I could reasonably expect in terms of negotiating since it’s a 2025.

The color is officially listed as azure gray metallic. Does that mean the pink is probably a wrap vs paint? I’m guessing so. The listing doesn’t mention anything about the pink color at all. The price is similar to (or more than) some of the 2026 Bronco Heritage models they have listed with similar features (V6, etc), despite being a 2025.

Is the price likely due to the novelty color? Do you think there is much room for negotiation since it’s last year’s model and clearly hasn’t sold yet? What would be a reasonable amount off for a new 2025?

I know this is very dependent on location, making it a bit of a “crystal ball” question. The only other cars I’ve purchased were Hondas, and they aren’t known for negotiating a ton, so this is new for me.

Sadly, I am only drawn to “fun” colored Broncos, which is a really stupid reason to buy a car, let alone last year’s model at the same price as tris year’s. I’ve always had super sensible cars, but the heart wants what it wants 🙃 that said, I’m still not willing to pay that price for a year old model when I could get a 2026 for less.

Any advice you have in terms of negotiating/percent off expectations would be helpful! Here’s to hoping I’m joining the Bronco fam soon.
