Engine concerns
1974 cb200. The bike ran before the timing chain tensioner started to fail. I got a clymers manual and attemped to do the repair myself, while I was in there I also replaced the clutch. Now it does this, note that pulling the clutch also doesn't affect the issues with the binding. I have the bike stripped down so the starter and harness isn't on it, I would also be afraid of using the starter with concerns that it would do more damage. I haven't turned the motor over yet with the crankshaft nut. The binding/ clunking sounds like its coming from the transmission case somewhere. I don't think its the engine compression because plugs were out. Could it be possible that the clutch plates are misaligned or the fork is incorrect, perhaps misassembled the kickstart assembly? Also any ideas what the deal with not being able to get into first. I'm kinda lost at this point and need some wise advice from some vintage Honda gurus.
