Besides making the longest light rail line on the world, why choose the current A and E alignments.
Seems to me like swapping the former gold line portions of the A and E line would iron out some of the problems of having such a long rail line, and make the two closer in length to each other. Is it purely bragging rights deciding the current alignment?
