relapsed

started therapy a while ago and it helped a lot. i got to a month :D unfortunately relapsed today. its a shame and i feel embarrassed and silly for it, i probably could have kept going but it is what it is. i just wish life was different and easier to go through but one step backwards three steps forward right

hi hi. i managed to stop for a week before i did it again and used tool ive never tried before and i might have overestimated the amount of force needed and the wound is a bit wide and i tried to look up how wounds of this sort needing stitches would look like but google is not very helpful about it. i know its not a crazy deep cut but i genuinely dont know if its fine or not and i cant exactly ask anyone. could someone describe how the shallowest wound needing stitches would look like?

sorry if this is worded or is generally a silly question, thank you for reading
