I got this navel piercing about two months ago. I got Pierced with a titanium bar (3rd photo) then downsized to this flower titanium jewelry about a week and a half ago. I feel like it may be migrating? It feels like the redness hasn’t really gone down. Is this normal for navels?

EDIT: The piercing is 2 months old. Pierced with an internally threaded titanium barbell. Downsized about a week and a half ago. No mishaps or accidents besides maybe side sleeping and twisting? I try not to slouch but could that be affecting it?
