I built an app to make YouTube way better for guitar practice
Built an app called CueTube because I got tired of constantly fighting YouTube during practice sessions.
Sometimes you just want to: • loop one section • slow a solo down • save cue points/bookmarks • jump straight back to where you left off • keep students focused on the actual lesson instead of disappearing into random videos lol
So I made a cleaner practice-focused setup around YouTube for guitar practice and teaching.
It still uses normal YouTube videos/player — just adds tools that make practicing way less painful.
Been using it a lot with students lately and it’s actually helped keep lessons moving faster.
