Went through a rough patch end of 2022 and 2023, typed a genuine good will letter to on what occurred in April, and receiving a call a few days ago that they would be removing 4 late payments from my account. Checked today and they’re gone. Extremely grateful

Sent out a good will letter through email for capital one and received a call and email saying I was approved and will be removed from credit report.

Only issue I have now is Chase denied my goodwill and not sure where else I can send out or email my goodwill letter to. Any ideas?
